Last post for tonight... I was soooo behind!

Can't resist posting some pics of Jaynie in her cute sweater dress. She wore it to church today and she looked adorable!

Nice weekend Together!

So Randy has been gone a little bit more lately! Exciting, but we miss him terribly! Last week he had a rotation in the "northern neck" of VA where he was able to go and work on patients who can't afford dental care and they get the "revenue" or hours counted towards their requirements to graduate. He had a great time and did really well. It is always interesting to hear some of the stories and see some of the pictures of the patients mouths. YUCK! I don't know how he does it, but he loves it and thank goodness, since he will be supporting us for the rest of our lives. But EWWW! SO he got home on Friday night and we all crashed, even Jaynie (she is the best snuggler and just naps pretty much whenever we want one KNOCK ON WOOD!). Saturday we laid around and just hung out and then we went to lunch with the Heiners to Panera Bread, one of our FAVORITES out here. We had a nice day and then went to our Trunk-OR-Treat church party and Jaynie dressed up in her Giraffe costume only to crash on daddy's shoulder at the begining of the party. But it was a nice weekend. Randy left on a plane again this morning to go to his first interview. We miss you all ready daddy! Good luck! MUWAHHHHH!

Tropical Smoothie? Uh huh!

Jaynie LOVED her some "Get-Up-And-Gogi" Smoothie. She was so funny. She didn't even pull a face. She loved it and would have liked a whole lot more than the drop she received! Thanks Lisa for the excuse to get out and chit chat, oh and eat some yummy food too!

Jaynie's October...

This is Jaynie's new face!!
She loves to suck on her bottom lip. It is either this or her fingers are in her mouth. It's so funny. Sometimes when she pulls this face she puffs out her cheeks and smiles and she looks so funny, Randy and I just crack up laughing!

Jaynie loves to talk with her fingers in her mouth too, (hers or yours, she likes them both). It is so cute, she thinks she is pretty big!

I love Jaynies little skinny body and when I was getting her ready for a bath she was standing up and bouncing up and down and it was so cute I had to take bath pics. She is also figuring out that she can kick in the bath and it splashes, the first couple times it scared her and now she has got it down. So long dry floors and mom!
Jaynie has also mastered grabbing her toes. One night she was fighting sleep and she just had so much energy so I laid her down on the floor and she instantly grabbed both of her feet and rolled from side to side non stop for about a min, just back and forth over and over. I was a little spooked by it, it was like she was going nuts for a second. Then she just looked at me like "I knew I could do it" and gave me this big smile and I picked her up and she fell right asleep. She has been grabbing her toes and rolling side to side ever since.

One night I was cooking (notice I say ONE NIGHT. Randy cooks more than I do, he is better at it.) and I set Jaynie down to pull something out of the oven and when I turned around, this is what I found. I had to reach for my camera before helping her back up, because I had to capture this face. doesn't she look proud. Oh and she will roll from her back to her stomach in her swing, but not on the floor, Trouble I tell ya. The little stinker, I think I am in for it.

Thank you Piper & Grandma & Grandpa Sanovich!

Dear Piper,

Thank you for my picture Piper. You did such a good job. I loved to look at the doggies (they are my favorite) and I loved to play with the paper and put it between my toes. It was so much fun. Thank you for thinking of me and making a picture just for me. Someday when I am big like you I will make you pictures too. I am so excited to come to Utah to visit and play with you. I will be there in a couple days.
Love always, Jaynie

Thank you Grandma and Papa Sanovich for the fun package!!
I LOVE my toy and the way that it giggles. (Lexi does too, she thinks you sent it to her, mommy is definitely on MY side :)

I also loved the baby Einstein movie, it keeps me entertained for a little bit so mommy can take a shower and stuff. (I only allow sometimes.) And the case is pretty fun to play with too.

Mommy's favorite parts were the outfits. Do you know how many times she has dressed me up with them? I don't either cuz I can't count yet, but I have sucked on my binkie lots.

This one has a funny story to it:
On this day mommy was cleaning the house so she laid me on the floor to play. I was just a rolling a round and mommy went downstairs for a minute. All the sudden she heard me squealing and giggling and I just having a good ol' time. After a couple minutes I guess mommy knew I was up to no good, so she came up stairs and I had pulled off my headband all by my self and was chewing on the flower. Well I guess the flower has some colors in it and my face was all brown, mommy was a slacker and didn't take my picture though, but she thought it was pretty funny.
This is mommy's favorite new outfit. She says I look "irelistible" or something like that. The carseat hides my cute sweater so I will make sure mommy packs it in my suitcase to come to your house.

Thank you for my new clothes. Mommy doesn't have pictures of all of them, some of them I am still too little for and the others you will see in a couple days when I come to visit. I can't wait.
I love you so much, Jaynie

Carter Mountain Apple Orchard Festival

Alright, I am a little behind with my blogging so this might take a couple posts.
On October 11th, we went to the Apple Festival with our friends the Harts and the Heiners. It was so much fun! The best part was the food. They had Carmel Apple cookies, iced Apple Cider and Apple Spice doughnuts. (They substituted the water for the apple cider and then coated them with cinnamon and sugar. To Die For. )
Jaynie played with Faelyn and flirted with her BF Jude and enjoyed gnawing on her apple. It was a beautiful day perfect for taking the kids out!

Little Stinker? Or slacker Mom?

So today I laid Jaynie down for a little Nappie Poo, and I was getting ready for the day and SOOOO excited that Jaynie had gone RIGHT to sleep, because I didn't here her screaming as usual, I didn't hear anything actually. Well, after about 15 minutes I went in there because I heard plastic rustling around, Jaynie had turned herself all the way around and scooted all the way to the opposite end of her crib and was playing with a little plastic sac that her pictures came in... These were the things that flashed through my head...

1. Why aren't you SLEEPING?
2. I left a Plastic sac in my childs crib are you kidding?
3. Why are you smiling :0)?
4. Your head band is around your NECK?
5. Why aren't you sleeping?
6. How did you do that?

And then I had to grab the camera to catch the moment. Kids, No wonder our moms are Gray, (Oh wait was I supposed to announce that?) I am well on my way and my child doesn't even have teeth yet! But so much fun, I totally get the whole "trying not to let your kids see you are laughing" thing now. But considering that Jaynie's headband was around her neck and the plastic bag was in the crib and no harm was done, I just had to laugh! Lesson learned!

Daddy and Jaynie Time...

Always consists of Music! These two could be content forever, as long as there was music playing. Jaynie and daddy are always rocking out.

In the first few weeks of her life, when nothing I would do could make her happy, Randy would turn on some music and dance and sing away! It was the cutest thing ever.

Well Jaynie still loves to dance and sing with her daddy. I LOVE to watch, it just melts my heart. And sometimes I join in and we have a party, but mostly, I just watch!

This Particular day was a fun day. I was so beautiful outside and I played dress up on Jaynie for a while finally settled on this dress (Thank you Sniders and Bowcutts) and cute pink flower and as if she hadn't already been patient enough with my dress up moments, she also let me take her pictures...

I have too many photo sessions with her, but it is so fun. And I am not very good at remembering to get out my camera and take pictures, so when I do, I usually go a little crazy.

Don't ask where this little pout came from, but look at this bottom lip....? No wonder she is so stinking spoiled and loves to be held all the time, could you resist this face? I obviously can't. Boy's watch out, and Momma and Daddy have already
lost this battle!

After our photo session and Jaynie and daddy time we decided not to waste the beautiful evening and went out to Short Pump Mall for a stroll (Or the "pump" as my mom would call it :0). It was a fun day!

It feels like Christmas at the Sanovich's!

Jaynie the Giraffe!

Is she not the cutest little Giraffe you ever did see? So I had two costumes that I was trying to decide between, a flower and this. I was looking for a pea pod, since we call her "Sweet Pea", but while I was looking I came across this one and I fell in love. And then later I saw a flower that was also cute, but I just wasn't liking it as I did with the Giraffe. She seems content don't you think? She must think it's a keeper! I don't think Randy and I will dress up this year. Well I should say me. I have only been able to talk Randy into dressing up with me 1 time in the last 4 years so, this year I am not even going to go there and honestly I don't feel like it either, Halloween is so much more fun now that we have little Jaynie. Next year she will be old enough to go Trick or Treating for us..... He, He, He!
