HERE WE ARE AT LAST!

Alright, alright, alright! Here it is, a blog for the Sanovich Family! I'm not going to promise there will be frequent updates, but I will give it a shot. Supposedly it gets addicting after a while, that is if I ever figure everything out:) So I guess I will start by introducing us for those of you who need a catch up...

Randy and I met in September of 2003, I was enjoying the dating scene and not interested in a relationship and in the process of talking my twin sister Natalie out of her recent engagement ("we are just too young, just wait...") when I met Randy. I can home from our first date and when I walked in the door my family was standing there waiting to hear the scoop on the gorgeous man that just dropped me off.... I said, "Well I've just met the man I am going to marry!" And it was all down hill from there. We were engaged on January 7th and working with Randy's full time school schedule decided that Spring break would be a great time for a honey moon and we were married on March 11th 2004. We have been married 4-1/2 wonderful, fun filled years now and just added our precious little Jaynie Layne to our family on June 5th. A year after we were married we picked up all that we had and drove to Richmond,Virginia where Randy was accepted to Dental school. I worked for a wonderful company called Liphart Steel for three years and now I am excited to be a stay at home mom! We have ,in that time, added two little "fuzzies" to our family, Lexi and Harley both Yorkies who are thrilled with the arrival of Jaynie!:) Randy is in his 4th year of Dental school and doing so well. I am so proud of what a hard worker he is and how well he balances Family, School,Church callings and Life! I love him so much and am so grateful to have him in my life.

Randy has just applied for an Oral Surgery Residency which will be another 4 to 6 years after Dental school depending on what program he gets in to. We are so excited for this next adventure that life has in store for us and can't wait to find out where we will be spending it. We will find out on January 26th(?) I believe. Can't wait!

Jaynie was born on June 5th 2008 at 12:58am. She weighed 7lb. 13oz. and was 21 in. long. She has been such a good baby. Sleeping 4-6 hour stretches right from the get go. She has been growing like a weed, the Dr. calls her a true "string bean". She is LONG and SKINNY! She definitely is her Daddy's girl. Besides the blue eyes, those she got from me!:) She is 3-1/2 months old now and growing and changing every day. She has just found her hand and her voice. Although she has figured out that if she sticks her tongue out that it creates a different sound, so she is constantly sticking her tongue far out of her mouth to talk and it gags her every time. It is hilarious to watch! She has been an absolute joy in our family and we cannot wait to watch her learn and grow!

This has been our past and hopefully I will live up to the expectations of family and friends that are away from us and keep everyone up to date on what lies ahead..... Wish me luck! (crap this took me over an hour, how am I ever going to keep up?!:)

You are going to have a seriously hard time getting her out of my arms when I see you again, so feed her constantly until then so she'll have a internal food storage! oh-I miss you too!
